Your site has a BAD go to for parts...

I am trying VERY hard to find some parts for my Starbucks Carafe, Near the bottom of your site it has a choice=Buy Parts For Starbucks Barista this sends me to=SeattleCoffeeGear.com. This site does NOT even list Starbucks as one of the manufactures the provide parts for AND they don't have even 1x part for Starbucks pots !!

Can you point me to a good site other then E-Bay for parts. Or do I need a different manufactures NAME for the pot which is actually labeled/embossed STARBUCKS

I looked on the bottom and no other name.

You say you needed parts for your Starbucks carafe? or is the coffee/espresso maker actually named something else? Just trying to clarify what you're needing parts for specifically.

Barry,

When your write your demands in ALL-CAPS, you don't sound nice. Nobody likes helping that guy. Don't be that guy, Barry.

You linked to the Starbucks Barista device page, so I'm assuming you're looking for Barista parts. The last link on that page contained a bunch of Starbucks Barista parts. It also mentioned the actual manufacturer of the machine — it's made by Saeco for Starbucks. If you take a look at the Seattle Coffee Gear site, they do have tons of Saeco parts as well, but the parts are not nearly as well-organized.

In order to minimize confusion, I swapped the order of those two links, as well as their wording — so now the espressocare.com site is listed first, and seattlecoffegear.com is listed second. I feel people will find espressocare.com easier to use when it comes to finding the part they need.

I actually added the link, based on the text and a guess. It might've been associated with the device on Answers, but that gets lost in the -> Meta migration. :(
