The important point is that each cell phone is physically different from any other cell phone of a different type. Each cell phone can be expected to last for a different amount of time before it fails. It is bound to eventually fail, but unless we run a couple of simultaneous phone receiving videos, it will only be a guess. Sorry, I do not think anyone can give you a specific number. I think you are pretty safe to watch videos for a couple of weeks without any issues from the cell phone. Now you may have other issues with bandwidth etc, but not your phone.
