my battery gets low after using my iPhone 6 Plus in 8 hours, and I believe it dead and I would know if Ifixit sells the original one the same Apple Stories in order to replace it with new one?
Honestly, ifixit ones are better. They are high quality and have a lifetime warranty. If you have problem, contact ifixit and they will help you out. :)

iFixit employee jumping in! Our tools have a lifetime warranty, but we can't offer that on consumables like batteries. Warranties for batteries will range from one to two years, and you can find warranty information for individual products on their respective product pages.

No one can legally answer your question. Apple doesn't advertise who makes their batteries and also doesn't allow OEM parts sales. So even if they were the exact same thing, iFixit would not be legally able to advertise them as such.
iFixit does source high quality parts. More importantly, they stand behind the parts they sell. Are the batteries the same? Maybe. Are they of equal or better quality? Yep.
