Can someone ban this user?

This user has been making very short, rude, and useless answers on posts.
If someone can ban him or atleast suspend his account, please do!
Is this a good question?

I went through all his answers, found him to be of no benefit to anyone, rude, obnoxious and just not what we need on the site and made the call.

@mayer let me chat with the team real quick.
@mayer I concur. In my opinion the users answer are inappropriate and juvenile yet do not really require the firing squad. A good whipping should be ok.....

@mayer We'd like the mod ban to be used for obvious cases of spam and abuse. Our forum has built-in methods to control bad posts in small numbers. If this happens again, where there are slightly too many posts to downvote, and the user isn’t responding to corrective comments, then I'd like to request you contact an iFixit employee so we can set up a temporary ban, and mass delete content if necessary. The best way to do that is to send an email to moderation@ifixit.com (You can always direct email me, too.) Response time on Meta is a little slower.
As always, thanks for keeping me on my toes and bringing up these issues :)
I think it's safe to say this person needs to be banned rather then be given another chance.
At least with Earl Fletcher (post can be found here: Earl Fechter needs to be straightened out) I felt a little more comfortable saying he should get a second chance. I don't think this one deserves a second chance.

@nick I personally do not agree with you. I did not see anything other than juvenile attempts to get some attention. I do not see where the punishment would fit the crime. Downvote, delete and be done with it.....

I don't expect everyone to agree with me. I'm personally less "fault tolerant" when it comes to problem people like this but that's because of how I had to do things early on in school.
I had to have a one chance policy back then out of necessity. I have toned it down for limited fault tolerance with time.
