What's the Best method to get from the SLO Airport to Lamplighter Inn

Nothing on the schedule for me till Thursday night. I get in tomorrow (Wednesday) about 3:35 PM. Will head over to Lamplighter Inn to check in. What time do you folks shut it down? Is there a local hang out some of you go to for a beer? Any suggestions on where to have dinner or what to do tomorrow evening?
According to @theimedic, Matt @cvneutron seems the type of guy that would know where to down a couple of Stouts.
