Excellent. I'm not a huge fan of 13 or older but I don't have a say. You said yourself "Don’t discriminate against race,age, gender,political affiliation,etc. iFixit is an international community." People younger than 13 should be perfectly welcome to help fix the world. Heck, we have several good members that where under 13 when they joined.
