Does the warranty transfer to my customer

I guess I'm not looking to good.

I just ordered a logic board for a customer that I bought from iFixit.  The main selling point was your lifetime warranty.  My question and his is, if I install the board in his machine and it fails and I'm dead, is it covered?  How would I get it covered?
