Time & date stamps in Questions, Answers & Comments messed up!

Can someone look into this I've noticed very strange dates & times which don't make sense!
Here's a question just posted today (a few mins ago for me) [https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/364763/O-ring+on+the+crown] Note the date of its posting: POSTED: 01/02/2017 and a comment was posted:12/29/2017 by Veselin Pavlov.
Even here in Meta: [post|1412] was posted just a few weeks ago has a messed up date as well! I did a test and my answer appears to be OK.
