That looks like an Asus CDN link, so it's probably okay to use. Asus doesn't provide a clean link to their drivers like HP, Dell and Lenovo so you need to link to the CDN for a direct download. Just my 2 cents on this one.

If the user doesn't feel comfortable downloading it from the CDN link provided, then you can often download the driver direct from the manufacturer or go to the support page yourself and find it that way. The only time you really can't bypass the OEM for drivers is hardware like the Dell crypto card and WWAN cards, but it works for just about everything else.
