What I do for these situations is I notate the alternative tool(s) you can use. It isn’t great as you need to hover over the item, but it’s there.

In that example I find a pocket or utility knife a million times easier to use, but at the same time someone may not have it BUT may have scissors - I will mention it and they can choose their tool.
