It occurs all the time now, not intermittently as before, although I'm no longer seeing any "quarter" filled avatars as shown above, now only the half filled avatars are showing.
As stated before, refreshing the page brings up the whole avatar.
Still only occurs when using Chrome browser, Firefox and Edge are OK
Current Chrome Version 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (32-bit)
The weird thing is it only shows when you click on a question and not when you get a whole page of questions.

Also just tried one again now on ifixitmeta and the OP avatar was only half filled but the Answer avatar was complete so does it have something to do with the location of the avatar?

Apologies i clicked the wrong option and should have selected update to question instead of answer ;-(
