I have an iFixit only eMail but I removed it from my profile because the only thing it attracted was spam and rarely anything useful. The best way to get my attention is to @ me since I generally pay attention to it outside of guides are know are targeted by spammers.

I don't ever see an option for private messages or an anonymous forwarding eMail being offered. If you want one, you need to make it yourself to this day. I will probably never put it up again in a public place because it didn't do anything meaningful.
