The user’s activity tab also shows that a modification to the device guide was attempted (assumed it failed due to lack of rep. points) as there doesn’t seem to be any alterations or contributions by this user shown in the device guide.

The user’s activity also shows a modification to the device guide but when I click on it in the activity tab it show access denied 403.
