Yes it’s doable,It’s highly unlikely anyone will bother with a 2011 but there may be a lot of the time the parts are junkchance if you see someone with a 2012 who can do it and has a genuinely new GPU, then we’ll see it but not until then.

There is no way to do it with these sadly - the GPUs that work are reballed  junk that die for the same reason as the original - or they were reflowed.

Yes it’s doable, but a lot of the time the parts are junk.
