Photo upload for answers forum on iPhone crashes while uploading photo

-I tried to upload images of my lawn mower but it keeps crashing as soon as i click choose. I click upload media, from camera roll, then select my images, then click done. It immediately crashes and brings me to my home screen

i can screen record once i get home as i dont have unlimited data. (takes some data to upload it)
