Hi Kenny,

I have an answer for you! I appreciate your patience in the meantime. Our Customer Support team found that you created two accounts on the same day, and one of those accounts does list an order history. For GDPR purposes, we recommend checking your @yahoo.com email address, as our support team does see an order placed on that account.
