As far as I've understood the issue, they haven't bothered with the apps for years - even the Android app hasn't worked right in quite a few years alone. You can't pull up devices directly from the app anymore but direct guide links from the browser work on Android.
Do not trust the apps to work anymore - assume all of them are more or less going to have an issue. This is on Android:
