Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble posting your question. Since you were able to successfully ask this question here in the Meta forum, you likely already know that there is a distinction between “Preview My Question” and “Post My Question.” When you click “Preview My Question,” you will be able to review your text before you post it publicly. When you’re satisfied with your question, you can publicly post it using the “Post My Question” button. If you’re clicking the correct button and still having issues, can you add a screenshot of what you’re experiencing? Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to post? Also, let us know what device, operating system (and version), and browser (and version) you’re using. Hopefully with all of that information, we can pinpoint the issue!

As for your second question, if your specific device doesn’t appear when you’re writing out your question, you can choose a broader category. In this case, you can select “Windows Tablet” or “Android Tablet,” depending on which one your device uses. Our staff can always recategorize the question later on if we find that it fits better in other category.
