| I really think our Czar needs a consult on just what constitutes a bad question as most of the OPs are not technically savvy to start off with or they wouldn’t be asking for help. | |
| Most of the time when I do give a down vote, I at least post an explanation of why I did it, otherwise it is just a boo in the dark and helps no-one. | |
