Sorry for the huge delay, I'm catching up on some missed to do items.
I read into this thread and while I don't love what he's saying (or particularly agree) he's not spamming or breaking community guidelines, technically. He can suggest all he wants, but hopefully a customer of ours would look at the loads of happy customers and reviews we have on our store front.
In general, his answers look pretty good and he has over 10,000 reputation. If you find his answers are starting to break the rules, mark them as spam and we'll let iRobot start deducting reputation as a warning.
