Why doesn't the blue "Write a Review" button work?

Trying to write a review for a product I purchased. When I click the blue "Write a Review" button, I see a list of products, each of which is accompanied by only a text box.  When I start typing in the text box, a red message appears "Please give this product a rating"[br]

Nowhere on this page can I find any way to "give this product a rating", or submit what I have written in the text box.[br]

I am logged in using Safari Version 17.5 (19618.2.12.11.6)
