When I did my 6a it did so I would assume the same for the 7. That said I didn’t install it as it’s held by clips and the IP rating is voided by literally breathing on the phone the wrong way. It’s held by clips, so you’ll probably be fine without it. Now If it’s for someone else or a kid I’d probably install it and keep partial IP protection but not on a personal device I know I have to use care with.
