If you mean an ifixit.com order: click on the Parts Store icon at the top of this page, click on your name at the upper right corner of the resulting page to get to your account settings, then click on the Order History link near the upper left of that page; this will take you to the list of your orders, with tracking numbers.

If that doesn't get you the info you need about your missing items, then you need to contact customer support; there is contact info at the bottom of that page.
