There currently is no way for a normal user to "rename" an article. The correct way to "rename' something would be to copy and delete the text from the old page and paste it into the new one.

However, your first article name is correct. You want the name "Miele G542" as the name of the article (that is the exact name of the device) and you would want it in the "Appliance" or "Dishwasher" area.

If you felt the device name was confusing you could change the TITLE of the article to "Miele G542 Dishwasher" but you don't want to change the NAME of it because "dishwasher" is not a part of the device name.
The ideal solution is to fill out the device page with a picture and a summary that anyone looking at that page will quickly realize that the "Miele G543" is a dishwasher.
