I also does not sell parts. We might want to address system update and upgrade questions with a guide. Maybe a guide on how a modem and router should work along with known issues. Just thinking out loud here, If the question can be directed to a guide it might be OK. Some latitude might be given to our regular contributors as they spend a lot of time and work very hard for the site.
