Dual Drive Kit Compatible if stock drive is in "Upper" position

Does this 2012 Mac mini dual drive kit work if the stock drive is in “upper” position ? I notice That OWC makes a similar kit and they have a separate version for mini’s w/the stock drive in the “upper” position because apparently it requires slightly different/additional parts, so they have an entirely separate SKU/Kit for Mini's who's stock drive is in the "upper" position. Please help ASAP so i can make/adjust my orders as appropriate. There is no such clarifications on your site so i wasn't sure if it will work.
