Hi Scott! I can't say for sure if we'll be creating repair guides for the new Apple TV and its remote—we've got quite a bit on our plate with new devices :)
Our [https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/Apple+TV+4th+Generation+Teardown/49046#s107489|teardown|new_window=true] does include disassembly of the remote, so you should be able to follow along and separate the glass. Opening the remote was pretty easy, but if you have any questions let me know! (I think the hard part will be sourcing the replacement glass, sorry I don't have any idea where to get that from!)
