New daily rep limit?

I've noticed multiple users have hit a 300 rep limit today. These users each have 3 guides on the same device. I don't​ understand how all this happened. Also, @lpfaff1 is at 400 today. How'd that happen? I know that the 200 rep limit is just from answers, but Look Pfaff doesn't have any guides that he could have gained rep from.
