@refectio @mayer @pccheese rest assured that there has been no foul play on my part. Those answers were accumulated over the span of 1 1/2 years. I am not sure if the 200 points daily limit accumulate if they are not reached.
You are right about "my style" and I am just in the process of cleaning some of the old questions and closing the loop on those. Rest assured that this was not done with any malicious intend.

-OK @mayer @evan @danj @refectio @pccheese sabbatical is over. Dan, since there are only three of us that are moderating and you believe that there is an abuse of powers on either mayers part or on my part, put your concerns about that out in the open. Call a Spade a Spade and let us be judged by the participants and admins. If anyone here believes that I have shown a lack in judgement, honesty or integrity, please let me know. I am a big guy and can handle honest and open criticism. The questions that I accepted and that brought this issue to light, were appropriately accepted since they spanned over a 1 1/2 year timeframe and were deserved by tronicsfix. There was no foul play, no cheating and no abuse of powers. Well done tronicsfix for sticking with answering questions without having looked for any "reward".
-In regards to sideline conversations that happen in Answers, I will continue to support those since they are a sign of comradery and are a vital part in building a team and creating an esprit de corps. Those that do not like this, could make their voices heard by either leaving a comment, by using downvotes or marking them for deletion as not repair related. Retrospective bellyaching accomplishes nothing.
-I will continue to moderate under the following guidelines:
-1. Only accept answers for loop closure that are older than 3 month
-2. Ensure that no single user will receive more than 200 points during a 24hour period, until @evan figures out how this can be fixed (and if).
-3. Continue to eliminate spam, profanity and insulting posts immediately.
-4. Continue to monitor "Moderation" for questions/answers that are marked by other users and intervene for loop closure.
-5. It is the responsibility of the moderator to provide any comment that was converted to a question, with a proper title.
-6. To have a clear understanding, that if one is a Moderator, there is an expectation to actually moderate.
-@evan "the chatter overpowers the answer to OPs question" is in the eye of the beholder. No OP has at any time voiced any concerns or comments about the sideline chatter. Let's not take our-self to serious here and as along as the questions get answered and the answers are sensible, let's have some fun while doing so. There is no glory, no fame, no fortune only a sense of accomplishment and the satisfaction knowing that we could help another person with their question. Good enough for me........
