I thought it was meant to close after reaching 0. What causes failed votes then?

To tell you the truth I don't know. Perhaps a mod must close it, it's on a timer, or it must reach -3. Do have school?

Yeah, but during study after I finish my Homework I can usually help out on iFixit. I have the same study period class back to back so I typically have a good amount of free time.

Hey Aiden! While it looks weird, that is the intended behavior for voting! A -1 vote is a vote against the action, a 1 vote is a vote for. First one to 3 or -3 wins the day, or in some voting cases 5/-5.
