How do I make a device Category?
I've checked the help section but it appears to be outdated.

Hi Aiden, did you check out this help page? You should be able to follow those instructions to make a device page for your broad category, then categorize whatever devices you have under that page. A device category is just a device page with devices categorized under it.

what I mean is like a category, with more devices listed under it, not just one device.
A category is just a device that has other under it.
What are you trying to accomplish?
@evan you know how there is the iPhone category and then under that category there is all the iPhone devices? Under software I put in windows 10 windows 7 etc I want to group those all under one category called windows. How do I do that?
That iPhone category is just a device page called "iPhone". You'll want to make a device called "Windows", then categorize your other device pages under it.
How? I couldn't figure out how.

Hey Aiden,
Whenever you find outdated information, please include a link so we can update it. Our help docs were written a while ago and sometimes we make changes to things we never knew were documented in the first place!
