Why you cancel my order?! And why you refund my money back less than I paid ?!

We cancelled your battery order because we cannot ship batteries overseas. We refunded the whole purchase amount. If you have more specific questions please call or email us or contact your bank.
Hello Mohammad. That's unfortunate to hear however this forum is just volunteers helping out DIY fixers like yourself. You will need to contact iFixit Support and ask them.
However, my suspicion is that you have been caught by the spread in exchange rates when doing an international order. I am in Canada and suffer the same issue whenever I order (and cancel) from a US supplier. The credit card spread can be 3% or more. Unfortunately, the supplier only sees the transaction in US Dollars and credits the same amount.
