This is not a question. I just broke my phone using your kit, and since I'm sure I won't see a penny of a refund I am now out 30 some dollars plus having to pay 400 something for a new phone. Thanks.
If the kit and battery we sent out are still in good condition we'll happily accept them for a refund.
Our goal is just to help you save time and money. Sorry you feel it's our fault your phone is broken. Even though this repair didn't work out for you I hope that you continue DIY repairs, regardless of whether or not you buy parts or tools from us.
