Our video content is much harder, and more labor intensive to edit than our community editable guides, so we don't often have the opportunity. I'll forward this to our video team, but keep in mind, they've got a HomePod teardown to do, and which do you really want more ;)

That video looks like it's from the time period when everyone pushed rice and GPU reflowing, @captainsnowball. While these ideas are rejected today (even though I rejected both, but hold onto reflowing as a low cost data recovery solution and DON'T push it as a fix), they were (unfortunately) very popular at the time by the majority.
It's an age issue - the video was made when rice was a popular "fix" and very few people knew better, sadly :(.
