What is going on with the voting on this question

I looked at this answer from @oldturkey03 and it had 36 down votes in just one day? This has to be some type of glitch.

Hi Mayer, that's certainly fishy! I only see three upvotes, no downvotes. I'll do some digging.

Update:

This may have been the result of some leftover votes by banned accounts. In any case the devs were able to reset the score calculation and get it to display the proper numbers. If you see any other funky votes let us know, but as far as we can tell no harm is being done, the counter is just displaying incorrect data. Thanks for spotting this @mayer
