How Do I Respond to @blake

Gave an answer but did not solve the problem. I don't know how to get to a DID NOT FIX IT button!!!!

Thanks for the response. Had seen the numerous leads to Leapfrog products and had used a couple to fix some Leapsters. Was surprised at even some of the simple Leapfrog products listed. None however cover the Epic tablet. One which shows up as a potential lead after a Leapfrog Epic search links to a 404 screen!! I've got 4 of these nice little tablets, purchased over the last few years for the greatgrands and 2 have problems which I suspect might be battery.

Answered! View the answer I have this problem too

In order to respond to another user they need to have a unique username.

Block Image

Notice how one is present under my name, while yours is blank? To create one, go to profile, then click edit.

If there's a unique username for the person you are trying to reach, type the @ symbol followed by the person's username, no spaces.

Unfortunately we can't make repair guides for every device. If you'd like to make one yourself that would be awesome! We also accept device donations for our education program, which generates tons of guides every year =)

YouTube appears to have some repair content for the Epic. That may be a good place to start—especially if you're trying to figure out how to get into the device.

Best of luck!
