bug report: moderators and patrol

I've noticed in patrol @danj still has to get approval from patrol when editing a guide. I'm not knowledgeable on what limits moderators do and do not have, but this looks like a bug. If not, I will delete this question as it is no longer relevant in that case.

Options

Not a bug! No one can touch iFixit-authored content except for iFixit employees.

We trust our mods but if an employee wrote something we want to make sure it's protected. We'll probably approve moderator edits but we'd like to OK them individually.
