Hi Alain,
I assume you mean iPhone 8 Plus (there is actually no such device as iPhone 8s Plus). The 8 series is still relatively new, so it takes time for replacement parts to become available, but it looks like we'll have them sometime this summer. You can click the "Notify me" button on this page to receive an update when the part is in stock.
