SPAM July 1st folder

I think that the user seems to be asking questions as a general learning process. As she never seems to respond to answers I'm wondering if advising her that researching the problems for herself may be more beneficial to everyone.

Although given the link attached to her profile, perhaps she's using ifixit to repair phones where she works.....

@danj You've commented/answered a couple of her questions, what are your thoughts on this?

@nick I disagree with your vote on Spam on this one. I followed the link and there is nothing for sale, nothing to give away and nothing that would lead me to believe it is Spam. all I see is a suggestion on how to deal with HP.

Bad English is a sign I'm well acquainted to looking for. That's what got me.

I understand a very close English translation isn't spam since there's a genuine attempt; I look for very bad English like that.

These have been removed as they were starting to create a nuisance.

It seems as though ifixit may be being targeted again, as the same type of spam was being posted for the last few days and you (amongst others) have taken care of it

Hey @jayeff , that's a browser feature that's trying to protect you from malicious pop-up loops. It might trigger while you're moderating as a rate-limiting thing, since that frequently generates windows. It shouldn't affect your site use if you leave it unchecked (or checked for that matter I think).
