Why won't new RAM work but old RAM does?

MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2010 Memory Maxxer RAM Upgrade Kit.

The Ram I purchased will not work in the upper slot, but my old RAM will work.

The new Ram purchased will work in the lower slot.

I noticed you had listed 204PIN for the Memory Maxxer, but you sent me 200PIN.

Could this be the problem?
