Unreliable batteries! Boot loop, expanding, service?

Hi all,

I am not quite sure what I might be doing wrong but I have quite a few batteries I have bought from iFixit giving many issues :( I have tried contacting the rma and returns support email but has been months. Seems like I can’t get in touch with anyone. Did my account get hacked?
