Tried to pick correct phone but not in list

We have the guides on this product but it’s not listed as a selectable device?

ALSO, is there a way to just type in a devise if it is not in the ordained list? This has been a real PITA since this system started last year.

@mayer I'm a little confused on what you mean by "not listed as a selectable device". Are you referring to the device coming up in the dropdown on the Answers forum?

@blakeklein - The parser can’t handle missing spaces so Samsung GalaxyS8 Plus wont work, you need Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.
