Merge as duplicate is still not working

The “merge as duplicate” moderation action is still not working in both Meta and the Answers Forum. It kinda “bug”s me that this bug hasn’t been squashed yet. Might as well remove the function if it serves no purpose…

Status update on this, please?

@danj Since the staff are ignoring this, I guess that will be the best course of action.

@ajcooke01 - I stop using it years ago, I just copy over anything that needs to be brought over and delete the duplicate.
