ifixit Customer Support for Warranty
Can anyone help me understand what’s going on with ifixit’s support right now? Need to warranty an item but cannot get in touch with anyone on regular customer support number, pro support number (pro member), by email, or form submission online. It has been 4 days now. When calling all you get is a message saying “we’re in the office, but on the other line please leave a message”. This is pretty sad that you can’t contact anyone.
