@evan - I thought this was just a fluke now I’m finding quite a few missing the system info. As an example this one: Screen does not turn on, but I can hear the fan running. You’ll see the top right system Icon is missing!
I’ve been going into edit mode to reselect the model info and re-save it to recover the question. This is the 8th system this has happened in the last few weeks.
@danj Sorry I’ve been a little absent! It looks like this bug happens if you expand the comment section past the 5 preloaded responses.
We’ll get a fix out soon!

I got one more for you... The system sent me a {iFixit] New posts on topics you are following email which was a massive dump! I forwarded it to Kristen with what I normally get as well. It was on Dec 11 and I rescued it at 9:02PM EDT. Yesterday's message was back to normal. But you may want to still follow up on this as it could be a buffer overflow condition.

That's a bug! We made a changed to how we build our emails and it included some duplicate content on accident. We have a fix in the works that should be out soon.

This happens to me too. The image will pop up, and disappear a few seconds later

Interesting find. It seems to only disappear when linked to that specific comment. Our team is investigating!
