Why did the battery only last one year?
I bought a battery and repair kit from you one year ago. It does not hold the charge for 10 minutes. Is one year all they are supposed to last?

No they should last way more than that. Also depends on if your battery has developed memory or not meaning that when you leave your iPhone on the charger when it’s 100%, the lithium ions rely on the charger for power and lose their ability to keep a charge for a longer period of time.
