Suggestion for bit kit mount

It would be great if iFixit would make wall mounts for their bit kits - either adhesive, screw on, or maybe even that would mount on pegboard, and allow the magnets of the kit to catch in the right place and hold it up. I could even imagine an organizational line for their products, designed to work with pegboards, to help in creating workstations.

(Didn't know how else to get this on here, so I picked a random category)

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Great idea! Until that comes out, I would suggest that you take out the innards of the bit kit and drill two holes into the plastic back. Then, you can hang the bit kit on those holes.

Great suggestion, personally I use the ifixit kit at work almost daily. Other than the fact that the pouch’s Velcro wears over time, it does not leave any room to switch tools if the tools you are adding are bigger that the original one’s because the Velcro can’t take the added tension. A magnetic, vertical mount for my screwdriver and bits would be a good idea.

Already present! The plastic case has a magnets (4) on the back to hold it to the metal plate in the canvas.

I am talking about the bit kit, not the pro tech toolkit, and the 4 magnets are not enough to hold the kit vertically, which is what my question was about

Ah! The I put two eye screws on the top edge so I can hang it.
