Is my Mac's new battery failing already?

I recently bought a battery from iFixit at a premium price and I’m already having issues with it. Yesterday the battery icon was bright red and the charge percentage indicator was stuck at 100%. I tried recalibrating the battery this morning to no avail. From there I moved on to coconutBattery. Here’s a screenshot of coconutBattery window.

What I see tells me the battery is a dud and I should be calling customer support for yet another replacement battery. The battery currently holds maybe 30 seconds worth of charge at tops. Frustrating… :(
