Where's the trilobe tip?

I bought the battery replacement plus the tool to remove the various mac screws and - wonderful - I got 2 philips and 1 torx, but no trilobe tip so I cannot remove the old battery.

Doesn’t the trilobe bit come in the tool I specifically ordered and ensured was for the job?

Finally had time to get to this today -is there another way this thing can be removed?
