Why is iRobot constantly deleting my posts?

Today I’ve been answering questions and changing wiki guides, and iRobot is automatically removing half the things I do. For example, this edit to the Huawei P20 wiki. There seems to be some kind of spam filter that’s malfunctioning.

Update: It’s flagging my comments too now and destroying my reputation :(

Update 2: and this Apple Pencil edit and this Apple Pencil 2 edit.

Update 3: well I’m done doing anything on this site until this is fixed :/

I'm sorry! We employ both humans and and an automated system to detect spam. It usually requires both votes (human and automated) to fully mark something. We'll look into this obvious case of mistakenly being flagged. Thanks for your contributions!

@danielbeardsley okay! Would it be possible for someone at iFixit to manually approve my past contributions then?

Hi Jonah,

Thanks for your patience while we sort this issue out. I’ve been able to restore all of your edits except for the ones on the Huawei P20 page. A few of us looked into this—it seems like there was a glitch, and we cannot locate these particular edits.

I suggest reposting your text to the Huawei P20 wiki—it shouldn’t get flagged again, but if it does, please let me know, and I’ll look into it.

I emailed you the original text that was flagged so you can try to repost again. I apologize for any inconvenience.
